The Huntsville-Madison County Historical Society was formed more than 60 years ago by thoughtful citizens who were concerned about preserving the unique heritage of this area.
The members of the Historical Society are dedicated to preserving the past to enrich the future through local education and preservation. The Society meets quarterly at the Downtown Huntsville Public Library and visitors are always welcome to attend.
